Our mission
Founder & Peace-First Leadership Strategist, The Grace Flow™

I didn’t begin teaching peace because I had figured out how to live a perfectly peaceful life.
I began teaching it because, somewhere along the way, I realized I had become very good at carrying things.
Responsibility. Vision. Expectations. Other people’s needs. Decisions that had to be made. Problems that needed answers. Work that still had to get done.
And I could carry it.
That was part of the problem.
When you are capable, people trust you with more. When you are a leader, there is usually another decision waiting for you. When you love God and genuinely want to steward what He has placed in your hands well, it can become very easy to confuse faithfulness with carrying everything.
I knew how to keep going.
What I had to learn was that just because I could keep going did not mean the way I was going was sustainable—or that God was requiring it of me.
That realization began changing something in me. I started noticing how easily pressure could become normal.
You can pray and still be pressured. You can love God and still be carrying too much internally. You can be productive, responsible, faithful, and outwardly functioning while your inner world rarely gets permission to become still.
And because you are still getting things done, nobody necessarily calls it a problem.
Sometimes you don't either.
I began to understand that I didn't simply need occasional moments of peace. I needed a different way of living.
A different way of thinking. A different way of responding. A different way of making decisions. A different way of carrying responsibility.
Peace had to become my operating system.
That language eventually gave words to something God had been teaching me much more deeply: the peace of Christ was never intended to be a decorative part of my faith.
It was meant to rule. To govern. To have authority over what I allowed to direct my thoughts, my reactions, my decisions, and the way I moved through my life.
And that challenged me. Because pressure can feel responsible. Urgency can feel productive. Overthinking can feel like preparation. Carrying everyone can feel like love. And pushing through can even look like strength.
But I began asking myself a harder question:
What is this way of living costing me?
Not just financially or professionally.
What is it costing my peace? My clarity? My ability to be present? My ability to discern instead of simply react? My capacity to enjoy what God has already given me while I am still building what He has placed before me?
That question became personal.
And eventually another question emerged:
What if pressure was never supposed to be the price of being a woman who leads?
That is where The Grace Flow™ became more than an idea to me.
It became a way of living I needed for myself. I began learning that peace does not remove responsibility. It changes the place from which I carry it.
It doesn't mean I stop building. It changes how I build.
It doesn't mean difficult things disappear. It means difficult things no longer automatically get permission to govern me.
It doesn't mean I never feel pressure. It means pressure does not get to become my operating system.
And I knew I could not be the only woman who needed to learn this.
I could see women of faith doing what women of faith so often do: loving God, caring for people, building businesses, leading ministries, serving families, carrying vision, navigating transition, making decisions—and quietly absorbing the weight of all of it.
Strong women. Capable women. Faithful women.
Women who do not necessarily need someone to tell them how to accomplish more.
Sometimes we need permission—and practical tools—to stop carrying accomplishment at the expense of ourselves.
That is why I teach what I teach today.
Through The Grace Flow™, I help Women of Faith Who Lead learn to build from peace rather than pressure by bringing together Christ-centered faith, identity, nervous-system steadiness, embodied calm, and practical leadership.
I am not teaching women to abandon responsibility. I am teaching another way to carry it.
A way where everything does not have to live inside your body. A way in which urgency does not dictate every decision. A way where you can pause without believing you are falling behind. A way where discernment can become louder than pressure. A way where your faith is not separated from how you actually live, lead, work, rest, respond, and build. And perhaps most importantly, a way where peace is no longer something you promise yourself you'll have later— after the deadline, after the business grows, after everybody is okay, after the decision is made, after this season passes.
I have learned that later is a dangerous place to keep your peace.
Peace belongs here.
In the decision. In the leadership. In the building. In the waiting. In the responsibility. In the becoming.
Because peace isn’t passive. It’s ordered.
And peace isn't the reward we receive when everything is finally finished.
It can become the place from which we begin.
That is the heart of The Grace Flow™.
And, in many ways, it is the story behind why I am here.
